We will first need to see if your device is eligible for us to receive and repair, including to comply with cyber security requirements, and so on.

By passing on unwanted devices, the donor gives full ownership and authority to Ready Tech Go.
In the case that a device is too old to operate, or not repairable, Ready Tech Go has full authority to sell. All funds from such sales will be redirected to cover further device repairs or for data for our beneficiaries.
OUR PLEDGE TO THE PLANET
Though we are great believers in the potential of technological devices, we are also very cautious about their environmental and social cost. From the extraction of Coltan (a key ingredient in the manufacturing of tablets) through cheap labour in conflict zones to the carbon footprint in the transporting and assembling of these devices, we are greatly aware of the true cost of digital connection. Therefore we have pledged to operate in an eco-friendly manner, and shall pass any non-serviceable devices onto those who specialise in the proper recycling of these machines.
